At Top Pool Tables, operated by Beth Realty, LLC, we are committed to delivering your premium billiards equipment safely and efficiently. Because our products are high-value and heavy items, we utilize specialized freight and delivery partners to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days.
Transit Time: Once the order leaves our warehouse, the estimated transit time is 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare the item for shipment; transit time is the time the carrier takes to deliver the item to your address.

2. Order Shipment & Tracking

Transparency is our priority. We provide detailed tracking for all shipments:

Tracking Notification: You will receive an email with your tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving our warehouse.
Support: If you have not received tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@toppooltables.com for an immediate update.

3. Shipping Destinations

To ensure the highest quality of service and delivery control, Top Pool Tables currently ships only within the United States of America (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Delivery Options

We offer several tiers of delivery to accommodate your specific needs.

Standard Curb-side Delivery (Complimentary)

Our base delivery option is generally free of charge. With Curb-side delivery, the carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb or the end of the driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the item from the curb into their home.

Estimated Time: 5-10 business days.

Threshold Delivery

For added convenience, Threshold delivery involves the carrier bringing the item onto your porch, into a sheltered area, or into your garage.

White Glove Delivery (Premium)

For the ultimate luxury experience, we offer White Glove Delivery. This premium service includes:

Bringing the item into your room of choice.
Minor assembly of the product.
Complete removal of all boxes and packaging materials from your premises.
(Please note: Assembly for specific items, such as saunas, is not included in White Glove service).
